O primeiro golo surgiu aos 10 minutos, Holden apontou o livre e Cahill cabeceou com a bola a embater em Heitinga e a bater o guarda-redes contrário.

O segundo golo surgiu aos 67 minutos, Chung-Yong Lee conquista a bola e Sturridge estabelece o resultado final.
